Comfortable, clean but basic accomodation. Excellent family pool on site.
Limited opening times for reception and lack of English didn't help. Extra costs for everything but we managed to avoid them all!

The location, the proximity of our accomodation to the swimming pool.
I did not like being made to leave our accomodation at 8.15am on our departure day. The bedrooms needed airconditioning -it was extremely hot on several nights. I did not like extra charges for bedlinen, having beds made up in advance!, towels etc. I would have preferred to have paid slightly more in the original booking to include these items.

We stayed at Les Hauts du Lac for 3 nights. On our first night we saw an amazing fireworks display for Bastile Day-what a great start to our holiday. We were really impressed with the beaches at Narbonne which easily accessible from the hotel.

The landscape is truly breathtaking, with picturesque villages that will transport you back in time. You can explore Argens-Minervois, Peyriac-Minervois, Le Somail, or Puicheric, each more charming than the last.
Blunt man at the bar/shop.

The hotel location was excellent for sight seeing. The rooms were comfortable in very warm weather, and the room charges were very competitive. Site security was very good. This all made for an excellent holiday.
The hotel has an excessive fear of theft, so they warn of checks as you leave, and loss of deposit. Actually, if you treat the facilities with reasonable respect, there is nothing to fear.

The quality and newness of the accomodation. The location - ideal for quiet walks around the Lake and along the banks of the Canal du Midi . The helpfulness of the staff - the ease of booking in and booking out.
The accommodation could have benefited from an integral safe but otherwise no dislikes what so ever. The photgraphs of the pools are deceiving and make them look much larger than they actually are.

I always stay at this amazing place in Homps. The staff was helpful on my first stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, a snack bar, fitness center, outdoor pool, Turkish bath. Coming back for Xmas!

Our third stay in as many years: new, clean and well appointed houses with individual gardens for evening bbq. Fresh bread available daily from shop (on property) and convenience stores nearby, especially in La Radorte. Lots of kids, therefore mainly for families. Good location to explore the Languedoc from.
